Northern Nurseries, a division of Robert Baker Companies, is a network of horticultural wholesale distribution centers. We are seeking a full-time Manager for a career with the largest landscape supply company in the Northeast.

We provide a one-stop shopping experience for commercial landscapers where they can select all the plants and related goods to complete residential or commercial landscapes. We have the largest selection of trees, evergreens, flowering shrubs, and perennials in the Northeast. In addition, we offer a large selection of pavers, grass seed, fertilizers, soil conditioners and more.

Successful Candidates should have 2 years’ experience in many of the following areas:

Personnel management of installation crews and garden center employees
Managing general operations of a horticulture distribution center
Extensive horticultural knowledge ** this is crucial **
Installing pavers, walkways, and walls
Ordering plant material, maintenance of plant material and customer service/sales
Grounds-keeping
Landscape maintenance
Driver’s license
The ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Crew management: 2 years (Required)

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year
