What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service
- Write new orders and support landscape customer accounts
- Organize nursery stock and landscape products for deliveries and yard maintenance
- Load and unload trucks, both incoming and outbound, including Company transfers
- Maintain nursery stock, replenish products, and help keep the site organized
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or front-end loaders (experience a plus)
- Perform other duties as assigned
This role is hands-on and requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused
- Experience in the green industry, horticulture, landscaping, or nursery operations
- Familiarity with landscape/hardscape products, irrigation, fertilizers, pest control, or similar is a plus
- Willingness to learn about the products we carry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work outdoors in most weather conditions
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
- 18 years or older
